Where's my order? (have tracking)

If you received an email with tracking link, we've shipped it so the best information you can get is by contacting your local post office. It may be waiting at the local post (for example on a failed delivery attempt, or delay with international shipping).

Where's my order? (hasn't shipped yet)

If you ordered clothing (leggings, t-shirts, sports bras), these are made on demand, and usually carry a 7 - 10 day production time.

If it's been 10 days and you haven't received a tracking email, let us know and we'll get an update for you.

For any other products, we usually ship within 1 business day for domestic orders. We store inventory at multiple places in the USA, so for International orders there might be a couple days delay while we gather your order to ship in a consolidated shipment.
