💥 Got some new all over print clothing live on the site: Tree Tribe Summer Shorts.
They're made from the same comfy upcycled fabric as our Leggings.
These aren't really for me personally 😃 but I do wear our leggings (great for mountain climbing, or leg day, or under some jeans when it's really cold)... so Kristine our Instagram manager tried em out, took a hike and gave some feedback.
Here's what she said:
I think the patterns are matched up perfectly and they fit great, precisely as expected.
I've tried them out running and at the gym and they're great. They don't move around a ton and are that same wonderful soft and stretchy like the leggings.
Hiking pics coming soon!
Upcycling is using old materials to make something new. Like recycling, but giving the material a new life and a new identity.
I just had a conversation today about how only about 25% of plastic bottles get recycled... the rest stay on Earth ☹️
This is one reason I like upcycled materials for synthetic clothing / active wear. You get the same performance benefits and long lasting quality, but using upcycled materials gives the recycling industry more action.
We want to support more recycling because a higher demand for recycled / upcycled materials leads to more recycling.
If you're unsure how upcycled polyester feels, guess what it feels exactly the same as virgin polyester 👍
If you want to see some real life pics of our upcycled active wear, check out our IG action shots feed.
By the way we take requests (that's why we came out with these shorts 😃)... if you have any requests or feedback you can always hit us up.
Last month we promised, this month we’re delivering. The start of a new month means that our team has dropped a TON of brand new apparel items for you to check out - can we make #NewMonthNewWardrobe a thing? 😎
Oh! And I know you probably have, but if not, be sure to join our email list at the bottom of this page so you don’t miss updates like this!
Ever wonder how an organic tomato could taste so delicious? How the produce at your local farmers market packs so much flavor into every bite? Or how the neighbor down the street always has the most beautiful, vibrant flower garden?
The secret’s in the soil. Actually— it’s what goes into the soil. Compost is a rich, organic matter created by plant material to feed other plants. Also known as black gold, it’s an easy way to boost the health of your garden or indoor plants.
